Amazing place to get all you can eat sushi. So many options. You can order traditional one piece sushi with rice, sushi roll, shareable dishes, and no rice 2 pieces. Unlimited rounds for 2 hours. It was so filling, wife and I ordered and didn't know food were going to come out so quickly. Service was fast on a weekday.dinner. All we did was kept eating all these delicious food presented in front of us. Definitely an experience for just getting your belly full with lots of sushi. The parking lot is usually not too busy, so parking not a problem. Just be warned you may be full for quite a well after this meal, may skip the next morning breakfast.

We visited Aikan Sushi and had a really good experience. The sushi was fresh and well prepared, and we especially appreciated the all you can eat option. It made it easy to try a variety of items and made the meal feel like a good value. I was with a group, so it was a bit chaotic once the plates started coming out, which made it hard to grab photos, but I did manage to get one of the nigiri. Everything we tried was solid. Overall, a great spot if you are looking for all you can eat sushi in the area, and we would definitely return next time we are in Burbank.

The food was amazing! First we started off the edamame and miso soup! I had a rainbow roll and umefizz! Bomb.com!! My husband tried their takoyaki and my sons had salmon nigiri! The best! I would definitely recommend this place. Their staff was very friendly!

Best all-you-can-eat sushi I've had in L.A. -- a must-try if you're in the Valley. Fresh, flavorful, and seriously delicious. Come hungry because there's a lot to try, and every round hits.

Great place! I had a wonderful experience here with my family and friends. The sushi was fresh, tasty, and beautifully plated. We ordered a variety of specialty rolls, sashimi plates, and nigiri and everything was delicious. My favorite were the jalapeño topped rolls they had. It was spicy but the flavor was perfect with the spice. The restaurant had a fun vibe but wasn't too loud. It was perfect for groups and families. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick even with our big party. Drinks were also great! Everyone left stuffed and happy. Will definitely be back.

We came in for my birthday. Really good selection of items, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Prepared to perfection. The only problem was making ourselves stop eating. There were no dishes that went uneaten, and there were zero disappointments in the food or the staff. Very nice environment and we appreciated the affordable price point during lunch time. Thanks!

Had a great experience here once again, this time with a group of 7 as we celebrated a birthday on a Wednesday evening!!! This spot unfortunately doesn't do any reservations days in advance and even with coming a few hours beforehand, we still couldn't reserve a table. The lady gave an estimate that our wait may be 15 minutes earlier, but of course when we all came there, the wait was about an hour because a lot more people came. When you give your name, they ask for your phone number as they will text you. On the bright side, the AYCE sushi was amazing and delicious, with the sushi coming out very efficiently!!! We all ate our stomachs' fill and enjoyed every round. The salmon sashimi was fresh, melt-in-your-mouth, and soft! My favorite is always the fried squid. The fried edamame was a surprise to me and I enjoyed each bite as well. We ended our night much later than planned due to needing to wait a while before sitting inside, but it was all good vibes after!!

    Fantastic muscles freaking loved them

This is a very very Americanized sushi place, Sweet syrups and spices over while the delicate flavors of fish here All you can eat sushi is the thing here. I did al la carte. If you like syrups and sweetness and honey flavors and spice on your sushi to the point where you can't taste your fish, this is your place I ordered all a cart to get sushi without sauces and syrups I had the chiriashi bowl , it was OK I don't know why sushi places put lots of tofu in a dish , thinking that you're gonna eat it I guess it has to look like you have lots of food, but I've never eaten tofu I came here to eat fish, not tofu The bank for the buck here is really really really high five stars for that The hot saki was mediocre. I thought it tasted kind of off. The rice that came with my chiriashi wasn't very warm The rice had a pickled cucumber ? garnish on it that I had to scrape off to get to the rice that I really wanted I tried some seafood poppers that were so sweet and pepper that I couldn't even taste the fish. It might've been a boring piece of bread that was messed up with spice. My bad. I think at sushi place it is sacrilege to spice something so much that you can't tell that you're eating fish. I had Uni my favorite thing at any sushi place I had to scrape off the adornments because I just wanted to taste it without the garnish they put on top The one Americanized thing I did have that loved was the muscles They have to baked muscle product that has some mild cheese and spice onion shoots is actually quite fantastic Wanna come here again. Maybe. If you like Americanized sushi, you like sauce and spices and a sauce on your sushi to the point you can't even taste the fish you'll love this place. It's a lot of Bang for the back. I grew up eating at sushi restaurants owned by Japanese families I prefer sushi to not be messed up by America, sweet and spicy flavors I spend a lot of money to taste the fish I want to taste the frikimg fish Not jalapeño Also. They use an " upper scale " Chopstick. That's been turned on a lathe of sanded smooth. Between the smooth surface in the chopsticks. And the thin slices of fish. I had a hard time. First in 30 yrs. Of making the fish stay in the chopsticks. Cheap. Rough surface chopsticks actually work better. ( kinda like that story about brown rice actually being healthier than the rich folks white rice.) Look that malnutrition story up! Fancy isn't best.

When you are in an AYCE mood for Sushi, one of the best places in the SFV is Aikan Sushi, in Northridge. This time, I visited over the weekend and the place was packed. In order to get a booth, I had to wait outside for about 20 minutes. They have a good selection for their AYCE menu and I always choose the regular (as opposed to the premium). My favorite is always the Sashimi and here, their Poke versions of Salmon and Yellowtail (which comes with a slice of jalapeño) are my two favorites. You get only 4 pieces of each for an order and I clearly noticed how thin the fish slices have become. After some rounds of those, it was time to move onto repetitions of shrimp and seared shrimp sushi. They always hit the spot. During this process, I also go through several servings of ginger. Their miso soup is superb, always served piping hot with fresh cut scallions floating in the cloudy pool. Delicious. I cannot leave without having my two cooked choices. The jalapeño shrimp and the fried oysters. Both are served immediately after they are fried and assembled for presentation. Be careful not to bite into them right away, because they are real hot. The shrimp is plump and cooked perfectly. The oysters always fresh and juicy with a nice crisp and brown outer fried panko covering. Service here is always polite, attentive and swift. Plates are taken away the moment they get empty and new orders arrive soon. You will never feel neglected. The whole operation is well run, because there are people outside waiting to come in. If only they played Japanese music, instead of the loud pop or rock and roll inside. Unfortunately, that adds to the noise level of an already crowded (and talkative), dining space.

We absolutely love this place. We've been here so many times but this time was the best because Dylan was our server. Must try the Fuego roll and my favorite the Lion King roll. LOOK! There's a Lion. Ohhh My GOD.

From the outside it does not look very big, but inside there are plenty of tables along with a small bar area with a few stools. We each tried a roll, and both were well made and fresh. The Fire Kiss roll had a nice balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming, and the texture was on point. The salmon sashimi was fresh and clean tasting, although the slices were a bit thinner than what I have had at other spots. The chicken chow mein had a boatload of cabbage and probably 10 strips of chow mein noodles. It should have been called cabbage noodles (lol). The pork and crab dumplings would have been a hit, but the dumpling shell had a "soapy" smell. The meat inside was soft and tasted good, but I couldn't get over the smell of the shell. We would have also wanted to try seaweed salad, but it was unavailable on this day. Overall, you can find better Chinese food close by this area.
