I was in need of PT for my leg so I went on line to search for a good PT. I chose Orthopedic Sports…read moretherapy because Percy, one of the therapists is a DPT (Dr of PT). My daughter is a DPT so I know how well they are trained. Percy took was extremely thorough in evaluating my leg and even did his own research into the procedure I had done that created my problem. Each visit he works with my leg, so do exercises and then I video them so I can do them at home. Percy is very caring and knowledgeable.

Orthopedic Sports Therapy (OST) has been my "go-to" place for physical therapy since before 2019…read more Things I love about OST: One-on-one half-hour work with a highly trained physical therapist; therapists are supportive, kind (when I admit I haven't done my homework!), and each has a good sense of humor; and the helpful exercise videos emailed to me to supplement my in-clinic work. Additionally, a thorough one-hour evaluation is done before therapy begins, and the office staff is a delight to work with. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. The pelvic floor issues have resolved, and I continue on my own with strengthening leg muscles. Orthopedic Sports Therapy is definitely a place to go for orthopedic therapy, and there are three convenient locations to choose from. https://orthopedicsportstherapy.com

I was suffering from a severe headache for over 5 hours. I called the on-call doctor at my PCP's…read moreoffice and he highly suggested I go to an Emergency Department. We went to Arizona General on Ellsworth and Elliot. From the minute we walked in to register until I left there was pleasant helpful staff. We arrived around 9pm, Emily at registration was kind and quickly got me registered. About two minutes later I starting receiving text updates about my wait time. These texts continued throughout my stay in the ED, keeping me up to date on my progress. AND, this morning I received another text offering help to find a PCP and make a follow up appointment!! The Triage team saw me within 20 minutes, and about 10 minutes later I was called back to a room. Dr. Okafor came into the room, listened to my symptoms, and immediately told me he would be ordering a CT scan and blood work. All the tests, blood work, CT scan, were done so quickly, I was truly astonished. Gratefully, nothing was seriously wrong, and I was informed I'd be going home. Karla, RN, explained all my discharge paperwork instructions very clearly, my IV was removed, and we were on our way home. This entire process was so quick and efficient! We arrived around 9 pm and we were back in our home at 12:03 am, this is including our drive time. THANK YOU to Karla RN, Michelle patient financial services, Krystal Lab Tech, Dayna Imaging Tech, and Dr. Okafor for all your attention, excellent care, and quickly moving me through. I have watched families lose hope trying to find competent and caring medical attention that their loved ones so desperately need. Families find answers and hope with our nurses. Navis nurses provides a customized care plan and a close nit team of nurses who provide undivided attention and care. I couldn't imagine a more rewarding company to be a part of.

I engaged Navi Nurses to support my elderly father, a vulnerable adult living with dementia,…read moreblindness, and epilepsy. Because I manage his care from 5,000 miles away with an 8-hour time difference, I needed an agency that was organized, communicative, and clinically prepared. While the initial intake call was reassuring--I was promised that a single dedicated nurse (Ashley) would handle both an introductory visit and a crucial upcoming neurology appointment to ensure continuity--everything following that call was complete operational chaos. Dangerous Lack of Clinical Preparation: The primary reason for the neurology visit was to manage a safe medication titration schedule and handle lab work for my father's epilepsy. Despite emailing a medical summary in advance, speaking to Allie on the phone for the better part of an hour, and texting Chi two days before the appointment, the neurologist's office emailed me the following day without the faintest idea about the reason for the appointment. According to the neurologist, the person sent by Navi Nurses brought zero medical context and simply told the doctor that she had only met my father 30 minutes prior and knew nothing about him. Broken Continuity & Lack of Planning and Communication: Despite explaining my time difference and the critical need for consistency for a patient with severe vision loss and dementia, Navi Nurses swapped the assigned staff at the last minute. The replacement texted me minutes before the visit at 10:00 PM my time. After I had already prepared my father for one specific person, this sudden swap added unnecessary confusion and distress for him. Extortionate Cost for Zero Value: In total, this single appointment cost me $760--a $250 initial setup fee, $350 for the nurse to accompany my father to an appointment just 10 minutes away, and $160 for the transport vehicle. Paying nearly $800 for what amounted to an unprepared transit chaperone rather than professional care navigation is completely indefensible. Administrative & Billing Disarray: Basic onboarding failed due to date-of-birth errors on their platform. Worse, after paying the $250 fee, my saved credit card was recharged $350 without explicit consent. Despite paying the remaining balance in full on July 23rd, billing emailed me again two weeks later asking for another $350 payment. Navi Nurses charges premium prices while delivering disjointed communication, zero clinical preparation to physicians, and sloppy financial oversight. If you need dependable, prepared, and accountable care navigation for a vulnerable loved one--especially from a distance--do not trust this company. I will not be using them again.
