I have excellent insurance that will pay for it and the young woman at the front counter demanded $120 up front before Services were rendered. I told her I had very good insurance and I don't need to be charged and then she insisted that is there policy. I could come in and be treated but they would bill me later I have never had this type of ridiculous interaction with any company that was in my Blue Cross Blue Shield Network I would not recommend this company to anyone I will be looking elsewhere I cannot comment on the physical therapist because I never saw one but the girl who greeted me at the front desk told me all I need to know about this business

I am well on my way to being a 100%. Kiesuke "K2" Kanno is the man & the best physical therapist I have ever encountered. His team is amazing and caring as well. They push you to your goals but are always evaluating your complete holistic care. They encompass many different techniques to help to recover (Aystem, dry neeling, DMS, manual manipulation, etc). The facility is top of the line and looks more like a professional sports workout facility than a PT clinic. There are many pro athletes there but I was never neglected or recieved any different treatment than they did. I can't say enough good things about this place. At 31 years old with a total hip replacement they have helped me get my life back and I can see me at 100% real real soon!

Additionally, a thorough one-hour evaluation is done before therapy begins, and the office staff is a delight to work with. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. The pelvic floor issues have resolved, and I continue on my own with strengthening leg muscles. Absolutely terrible care here I wouldn't let them take care of a sock ,my family member came here…read moreand was on the road to recovery doing great and able to communicate with us but within less than 48 hours ended up back in ICU because of the neglect at this facility. The nursing staff don't care about the patients, I can't say that one nurse truly cares about any patient, if there's one that cares , then consider yourself lucky. I asked one nurse about medication for my family member and he snapped after I had asked and made it feel like you weren't allowed to ask any questions. They'll let your loved one sleep in their own defication and simply flip the blanket and make sure you don't see it, not one nurse will come in to check if your loved one needs to be changed or if they used the bathroom. When visiting hours is over heaven alone knows what they do to your loved one just so that they won't have to deal with them. Nurses take forever to do their rounds when it comes to giving medication and ultimately a truly horrific experience. Even after speaking to the directors about what we had experienced and getting promised that things would change, nothing changed. Getting my loved one out of this facility was hands down the best decision i could've made and even when trying to get my loved one out of here they made it seem like you'd be doing the wrong thing but the wrong thing is leaving your loved one under their care. If you truly want what's best for your loved ones, THIS IS 100% NOT THE RIGHT PLACE! You're better off taking care of your loved ones at home. This facility doesn't need to be given any stars. It honestly needs to be reviewed.
