Came to Ahmed's for fingerprinting. Had an appointment for the next day but they were able to accommodate me a day early. The service was quick and professional. I didn't ship anything but for their fingerprinting service I highly recommend. read more

I used to really like this place. To print black and white is about 20 cents which is fine, but to print a label for usps on the same paper (label only takes up about 1/3 of the page) it's 3$... to tape the box on one side 1$ (I don't mind paying for tape) but to tape the label you paid 3$ for is another 1$. It was a box about 5"x3"x2" for usps, and it was 1$ for drop off... read more

Awful. After arguing that they couldn't fit everything in 2 boxes and refusing to give an estimate they up charged me for a 3rd box processed the order then turned around and decided they needed to charge an extra $40.00 for bubble wrap that they already used. I was charged $400.00 to mail a glass picture and 2 smaller pictures. They where rude and very demanding if I could give them negative stars I would. read more

I really don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I had to do a couple of shipments overseas for work, and I found them exceedingly nice and helpful. Very clean and orderly at the place too. read more

I only gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a 0 this is the worst place ever they are very rude and have no respect please I repeat don't spend your money with them I shipped a package out with them and it was returned by dhl I no longer wanted the package shipped out and dhl never even charged them and they told me they weren't going to give me my money back because they didn't have too the guy then called police and wasted there time because he didn't want to give me my money back they are racist and don't respect women and the guy was talking to me as if I worked for him or I was his wife trying to dismiss me and tell me what to do I spent so much money with them over the years and I'm a business owner and never in my life have I ever experienced disrespect from a company all because they didn't want to give me my money back because they felt like they didn't have to long story short almost a week later I finally got some of my money back buy they took 30% of it because they felt like it never again they are rude and disgusting and have no respect for there customers read more

I visited this location many times and generally had no issues with sending or returning packages…read more However, during my most recent visit, the service was beyond frustrating and disappointing. There was only one employee assisting customers, and although he processed my return quickly, he rushed through it without weighing the package and left it unattended on the scale in plain view, given the value of the contents. I politely asked that it be placed under the counter with the other secured packages as part of standard process. Instead, the employee responded with visible irritation, delayed addressing my request for over 15 minutes and repeatedly ignored it while assisting other customers whose packages he immediately secured without issue, When I followed up, I was met with a rude remark rather than assistance. Notably, I was the only Asian in the store at the time which made the experience feel particularly uncomfortable and concerning. When I called UPS to file a complaint, they refused and said the only way to do that is to go to the physical store and speak to a manager. Do better, UPS.

I knocked, and an employee emerged from the back, completely ignored me, and proceeded to make a phone call. While still on the phone, he opened the door, but only to let himself out, and casually told me, "We're closed for the day." There were still 50 minutes left before closing. I understand if he needed to take a call, but at the very least, acknowledge the customer. I waited about 2 minutes for him to finish, but ended up walking away because the phone conversation was laced with vulgar language and unprofessional behavior. I'll return another day to pick up my package, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. A basic level of courtesy and respect goes a long way, and unfortunately, this store failed to show either.

But the staff here is still giving the same exceptional, friendly and helpful service that made me love this place. Danny, the owner, was amazing, especially seeing that we had 10 packages to pick up. They've remodeled the place too, making much easier to find what you need and take advantage of all the services they provide. So many of these mail box stores are not up to par. I've come to this location many times to ship out packages. Of the many times, I have never seen…read morethis place too packed. At most, I've had one person in front of me in line. And the wait for my turn was reasonable. The staff here has always been professional and efficient in their service. I already had the shipping label attached for all packages, so it was a matter of turning in the package and getting the receipt with the tracking number. The shipping times are reasonable as well. I've had items shipped to me from home in California, and it took less than a week to receive them. The delivery folks also left the package in front of my apartment door, as opposed to the lobby or the front of the building (learn, FedEx!). For all shipping, I most definitely prefer UPS over other companies. Much like the stores in Los Angeles, this store has maintained a good image of UPS.

I recently purchased a private physical mailbox at PostalAnnex New York, because I don't have a doorman and FedEx, UPS or USPS delivery guy left my package front of door and I lost them. The crew at PostalAnnex New York are courteous, quick, and professional. It's super easy to have all my packages sent here, I don't need to worry about delivery times or signatures! Also. PostalAnnex New York does free forward to my destination for my package or letter. Only they charge for actual shipping cost for the package or Mail forwarding. there is no local pick up fee. they do unlimited mail and package receiving with no extra charge. Recently purchased a Private mailbox at Postal Annex New York, because UPS, FedEx or USPS they always left my package front of my door and I lost them. The crew at Postal Annex New York are courteous, quick, and professional. It's super easy to have all my packages sent here, I don't need to worry about delivery times or signatures! had a good experience here. I brought in a DHL package, a package for UPS and 3 packages for FedEx, I've never used DHL or shipped internationally before. The guy at the counter looked at my package and explained to me that I had done a couple things wrong with the paperwork. I fixed it, came back, dropped it off, and the package got to its destination just fine. other 4 packages was domestic the worker helped me for the packaging and then shipped. All of the employees were polite, and very friendly, to me , and to all of the other customers i observed communicating with the employees.
