MEP Extermination is NOT reliable for rodent extermination. They set 11 bait traps in my home and…read morenot one mouse was exterminated by them. They began setting bait traps on December 3, 2019 and the mouse population increased, not decreased. They claimed they did a thorough inside and out inspection and said that my kitchen door was the entry point. This was not the case. They came out on December 31, 2019 after I had to demand they come back to my home because the rodent issue was worse. They then claimed that it was a foundation issue, which again was not the case; but they came out and checked the bait traps and there was really no action. The mice were not taking the bait. They didn't charge me for this specific visit because they could not deny that the traps were not working. On January 3, 2020 I had to hire a second exterminator from Resolve Pet Solution who was FANTASTIC and found the entry point within about ten minutes and provided evidence as to why it was. He laid the bait throughout my house and within two days the mice were running for the hills or dead. MEP continued to try and charge me a $65.00 monthly fee, not knowing I contacted another exterminator that did the job at almost half the price with immediate results. I finally contacted MEP and told them I hired a second exterminator and they needed to come pick up their equipment. They did so today, February 22, 2020; with no refund from the $385.00 I paid them initially and not a word about having to hire a second company. My advice, save yourself $400.00 bucks and call Resolve Pet Solutions, they were $250.00 and never had to return because they found the precise entry point that was corrected and the bait they used was irresistible and smelled like peanut butter. They went through the bait like Tasmanian Devils. NO MORE MICE!!! No thanks to MEP.
