Choose from their in-house inventory or provide your own blanks, share your design or logo, and describe whether you need printing or embroidery (the latter may take up to a week). We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. I'd highly recommend them for projects requiring local pick-up! With the size of our team, we definitely didn't need a bulk order of 500+ items, so it was great to be able to request services for a small quantity. We even got some compliments at our conference!

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

I am doing a very important project right now and he was very helpful, took his time to help me match everything as close as possible. He was the only one that I was able to come to the shop and see the real swatches, not just the colors on the computer, and was able to feel the different materials (I contacted 3 local shops, 2 in LA). They were nice but only interaction was via email or text, and if I would of done that, I wouldn't know all the great things that Anthony and I discussed. Also, he has very good prices as well. EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!!! Honestly, there is a place very close to me, walking distance. Yet, I am going with Anthony since he went the extra mile to answer all my questions and brought some really good points that help the decision better. This place ROCKS!!!

First off I want to say Chadds response time was quick and he did all he could to fix the issue in…read morethe time he had which I appreciated. First I drive 45 mins to this place and when entering was awkward and there was one girl in there that didn't say much of anything to me. I finally talked to the head printer and explained what I wanted and he said to email everything to get a quote. Wish he worked with me there since I drove so long. So i had 2 styles of shirts that printed on really good quality tees (la apparel) and trusted their 5 star history, one style was good but I got a style made with a small center chest print and 98% were totally off and crooked. I reached out an Chadd quickly put in another order and sent an uber to deliver which was great! I opened the box and the first 3-4 shirts looked sweet so I told him they looked great. Unfortunately, After going through the rest they were as bad as the first. Not centered, crooked, some close to the neck and some far and very inconsistent. Mind you I paid about $1,732.53 for the total order. I wasn't expecting any refund but I wish they tried to make things right. I'm a small start up and was hoping they'd throw me a bone. Maybe the printer was rushed? But both times? Na, Will not be using them again. Sorry.
