The Service Department is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. If you dare to leave a negative review--even if it's 100% truthful--they'll retaliate by blocking your account. That's not just bad business, it's unethical. What's even more disturbing is the number of lawsuits filed against this dealership by their own employees. That alone should be a red flag for anyone considering doing business here. How this place is still operating is beyond me. Save yourself the headache. The gentleman who answered was super friendly and knew the vehicle owners name and information as soon as I said it without looking anything up. Too me that is a level of personal service I am not really accustomed to these days. As for his truck they had it less time than expected. They completed the repairs under budget. Also, when the truck was finished you wouldn't have even known it was in a accident. I was also made aware as the step son is 18 they kept him apprised if the goings on regular through the whole repair as well! Overall super impressed and I highly recommend.
