We almost didn't stay the night but the bed was surprisingly decent....and we were tired after a day of adventures. The view is nice, but certainly not worth the filthy interior. The toilet clogged the first time we used it. There is a plunger available, which tells me this is an ongoing problem. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting, with hair in multiple places. We found a fruit pit on the floor, a pile of change, and sand in a lot of places. There was no coffee in the unit. We went to the office, but it was closed. Also, don't trust the vending machine outside the office. It doesn't work. Pictures attached of the refrigerator handle and two of the bathtub.

There was not a single of the night I didn't hear drunk people screaming at each other or getting into fights. -The sites are also incredibly cramped and small with no privacy or division of the sites surrounding them. Just an open field with a few trees. HOWEVER there are plenty of positives! -There were plenty of spaces and apparently I went on a really busy weekend -Tons of river access and places to swim -A great big open field with a basket ball hop, volley ball court, teacher ball, and huge inflatable balls you can get inside of and roll around in. That was really something. -Very kid friendly aside from how loud it is throughout the night -Well maintained, even a little too much... -On site place to buy wood -Not too far from town! So although there's plenty of positives, the on site guy really upset me and was just a huge jerk and it made it so unpleasant. It's funny that he feels the need to boss me around about something I didn't do (someone who came to camp, not party) but when people are being loud obnoxious drunks all night long suddenly he's blind and deaf. I'd never go back. Too loud, crowded and the guys on a power trip. But he does maintain the place nicely.

We loved staying at this park, the only reason I deducted a star is no WiFi, from our spot anyway…read more We chose it because it was close to Jerry's Jet Boat rides, only a 5 minute electric scooter ride, and right next to the beach. We didn't seem to have WIFI, but we have excellent 5G Verizon service so we could stream from our phones. The managers are so friendly and helpful, our Motorhome with trailer was too big for the pull through spot I had reserved, so they figured out another spot for us. Then the gentleman even took my husband to see the site, with its new blacktop pad, ahead of time in their cart, to make sure he was happy with it, and helped us back our trailer in and disconnect. The small airport between the campground and town works as a great buffer for any road noise from hwy 101 and only a few planes landed and took off in the 4 days we were there, providing a little extra interest. We purchased ice at their store for a much more reasonable price than local places too. We will choose to stay here again in the future!

Water pressure 60 psi, 50 amp strong, no Verizon but their wi-fi is sufficient. Green grass watered regularly. Vehicular access to the Rogue River. Ice. Propane. They also have exceptionally friendly "locals". You'll love this place, if you can get a spot. Obviously it is very popular! Plan on a 30 minute round trip into Gold Beach to get groceries.

We showed up with money for a lot, not to try to get a camp hosting position. After clearly stating five times that we just wanted to rent a spot, the person at the front office was extremely rude and ultimately told us we couldn't stay there. Don't stay here, it's a waste of time and money. If only the owners cared more.

Been coming to Gold Beach over 30 years and I'm on 39 years old. The city and people have been a…read moresecond home. Staying at Indian Creek this last week I wanted to shed light on a few things. The tent area where we stayed was decent. The fences were replaced due to a rough winter and the sites seemed clean. The bathrooms look repainted and had a sign on them stating daily maintenance. That I can tell you in not true as the bathrooms in the tent area are not routinely checked on. The prices however continue to rise and maintenance and overall comfort goes down. Pack em in and make em pay should be the motto. The family itself is on of the wealthiest in Gold Beach and should be over joyed to represent Gold Beach and welcome visitors with not only open arms but clean and well maintained facilities. The place was just ok. Lots of other options but closest to town and having Indian Creek Cafe so close in easy. Lets step it up Indian Creek.

There are also plenty of sites that are more remote, as the campground consists of 350 acres. The bathroom and common kitchen are attended to regularly and are very clean. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in over 450 RV Parks while traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach. This was our first visit here staying three nights (site 38). (1) Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after just a couple nights your unit needs a bath, the dust on our coach was above average, this was because the sites are placed amongst beautiful pines trees. The roads are dirt, sand, and loose gravel, which did not help either. (2) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. We give this park 5-stars for the level pad, but only 3-stars because the pad consisted of loose gravel & dirt. This park has space very generous space between sites with trees and bushes between sites. Sites come equipped with a picnic table. Note: we did observe several sites that were not as level as ours. (3) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. For some users such as ourselves, WIFI is an important feature. This park receives 0-stars for their WIFI. The park did have wifi, but due to the many trees, you would need to be staying in a site near an antenna to receive a signal. Unfortunately, the site we were in, did not receive wifi. (4) Maneuverability, some parks have very narrow roads which make backing up and turning difficult, we found this park to be limited in the maneuverability department. The roads themselves were plenty wide, but the overhead tree limbs were an issue. We were staying in a pull-thru site but due to the tree limbs, we had to back-out and completely back the coach down the lane to avoid hitting the low limbs. The park staff are aware of the situation so hopefully they trim-up the lower limbs. (5) Satellite, as you know satellite reception is impossible to receive when there are large trees present. Forgot receiving satellite here, so many beautiful trees! (6) Phone Service, we have AT&T which did not work here. (7) Dog play and potty, plenty of space to walk your dog, but no designated poop/walk areas. Bring your own poop bags as none are provided. (8) This park is older, has only 30-amp sites and tall coaches need to beware of the low tree limbs. Despite that, the park is quaint and quiet and situated among beautiful trees. If quiet and solitude are what you are looking for, then this park would be perfect.

Next door is a small gym with exercise bikes and equipment. A free standing building has laundry, rec room, rest rooms and all are impeccably clean and inviting. I only booked a Saturday as I had trouble putting together an Oregon Coast RV trip, despite early planning. I only wish I had booked more nights here. It's that good! So relaxing, nice people and very reasonable rates. Don't miss this special RV park.
