I just got my appointment confirmation text the day before and read the details, and the appointment is at 1pm. The assistant did NOT schedule the time I asked for, and I just saw this. I put my notes in my calendar as I'm making the appointment and it has 9AM. So now, I'll either have to pay a cancellation fee, or I'll have to waste more of my time for Kimberly to be running late without any explanation or apology.
