I went to see KIMBERLY RADLOFF a couple months ago for an appointment that was between 10-11am. They were over 30 minutes late for my appointment and didn't tell me when I got there that I was probably about the 6th in line. Then, from the time I was called until the time I left the room, (including time to change into the paper robe, a skin exam and biopsy) it was only 19 minutes total. So less than 15 minutes with the doctor. Then, when scheduling a follow up, I asked for the first appointment so they couldn't be late again. I just got my appointment confirmation text the day before and read the details, and the appointment is at 1pm. The assistant did NOT schedule the time I asked for, and I just saw this. I put my notes in my calendar as I'm making the appointment and it has 9AM. So now, I'll either have to pay a cancellation fee, or I'll have to waste more of my time for Kimberly to be running late without any explanation or apology. I am very aware that in the medical field, there's a lot of unexpected things that can come up, but when I sat in the waiting room hearing at least six names it felt like come before me for my doctor, I felt like I was very misled and uninformed when I checked in ahead of my appointment time expecting things to be on time. Not to mention the desk ladies were on Lowe's website looking at weed defense products, all while I'm missing work for their late doctor without any communication from them. So shout out to Kimberly for not being a true professional and not respecting her patients time or apologizing for being late, and shout out to her less than competent assistant who can't input a correct appointment time. I will be discontinuing services here. It's sad because everyone talked so highly of Kimberly and I received a recommendation for DOCS from a friend, but I've seen and experienced enough. Not to mention they didn't reply to my last text with feedback that said it would be "forwarded to the team". Shout out! When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at. So I went to the latest text message that had the date and time that I confirmed. Of course when I arrived at my scheduled time, the office was closed.
