It's hard to choose a favorite dish because they were all delicious but we tried the goat cheese toast, oxtail, creme catalana, chorizo. Each dish had such a stunning flavor and this was easily one of the best restaurants we went to in the Soller area. If you want to order Paella make sure you go to their website and contact them a day ahead of time so they can prepare it for you. The chef came outside a few times to check on everyone which I thought was so sweet and really shows how much he cares about the quality of the food he serves. And the intestines or trippa or tripe or callos were great too: very slimy, a tomato sauce with garlic and a little bit of hot pepper - just enough to get that special hot taste in your mouth.
