The Gambas al Ajillo (small shrimp) were made with a generous dose of olive oil and garlic and their bread, has an hearty chew to soak up that extra garlic+ saffron mix. Our seafood Paella was the high point made with a tinge of black ink that made the rice- which was thoroughly cooked through that more exciting to eat. Food is simple and honest.
