Unfortunately, I am not able to review the rugs as I was never able to make it into the store. My mother and me had chosen their parking lot to exchange my son, but also look for a rug for the home I was moving into that very weekend. I was the only one who had to park my car in their lot, which had very few spaces, but considering it was a Friday in a very business oriented area of SF at around 2pm, spaces on the street were clearing just not near this rug place. So I was walking my son's stuff and car seat from the parking place in their lot to my mom's car at the edge of the lot on the street and this employee (he looked older and more like management---AWFUL example for employees) gives us no more than 5 minutes doing this, or any time to finish before he walks out like a meter maid with his smartphone and snaps a picture of my car plates. When I saw this, I was no longer interested in being a customer and told him I would be out of the lot in a minute. His response, "You better be, I have your plates". WOW--he had no idea whether or not I was a customer, I was given barely five minutes to get into the store. If it was a busy day with lots of customers in and out I would have been more understanding, but I hung around on the street and saw barely a few people in and out---plus the parking lot never filled. I would not recommend going here because they are rude and time your park to entrance movements. read more
