He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. The insurance company recognizes them as window-projectile-proof protection and offers a discount on house insurance. I give Jose 5 stars and recommend you contact him for your next handyman project. My project included pressure washing my driveway and front sidewalk. My yard is larger than most so it took him about 2 hours to complete the job. I have to say that my driveway and sidewalk have never looked better. Considering that my house is 40 years old that's quite an achievement. Jimmy arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. Since he also does house painting I will call him back in the spring to tackle that project.

So this man wants a review from me. So here you have it This…read moreman called Jimmy quoted to paint my house and driveway and all landing and rear pad. On the phone and in person he was friendly my husband and I agreed to hire him after he promised the house especially the driveway will look awesome. I did stressed multiple times the concerned about the crack on the driveway he replied he uses a special seal that will fill in the cracks and would not be noticeable. First day He power washed the landings of the house. then a rep from Sherwin Williams arrived, we picked colors and stressed my concerns. I was so concerned about the driveways new paint peeling. So,the day he returned to prep the house with caulking I asked him why was the crack cover up were so messy and the driveway seal so uneven he started to get sarcastic and started to say if I wanted it perfect to get a new drive way. I was blown away by his behavior which kept getting worse every time I would point out his mistakes or lack of. When I returned He had painted my new gutters and new porch soffits I was not happy. The paint equipment was washed on my lawn looked horrible. Very messy. When he called and said he was done I met him at the house. So,when I arrived to the house and pointed out many many and all the areas that need touch ups. The driveway was awful he painted the top of the driveway way but not the sides he left undone I had asked him to do it right. He left many smudges and got annoyed every time I pointed it out. Now this is a man that came and gave us an estimate and the day we met he was full of promises now we have paint issues and he refuses to fix it. The driveway paint is peeling Sarcastically He offered $200 or would I like for him to come and paint every two months. I said I payed 1200 for the driveway to be painted and called me all kinds of names which was all recorded on my ring. I have text too. This man is totally out if his mind. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional after looking at his work and making him return several time to fix his mess, in which he stated it would be his last time returning, I came to the conclusion he is not a professional at all. Everything he said didn't make sense. so, he offered $1200 for me to hire someone to fix it that he would Zelle it I said I give you 4 days. So, now here is a week later no reply. The remarks he made to me were as a woman were disrespectful and out of character. Every time my husband was not with me he would get out of line. I would not recommend this man at all. He refused to go fix the problem and he also said Sherwin Williams do not offer warranty on the paint (lie). Beware He is very nice in person and over the phone. He is not a professional or very detailed person. He lies to get your project then when there's a problem he is not able to accept criticism. Mr. Sean he calls home self Jimmy Sean from Mexico. I will be taking him to court. For the money he offered and refuses to pay. He also refused to provide an updated receipt from $2400 to $3600. For more work given. IRS will be delighted to hear about this. What a mess! Before Hire this man look up his reviews in google. Bad very bad.

The project included extended the walls 2 feet higher, installing shelving and installing a ceiling made with lattice panel and shade cloth. Initially, he told me that he will give a material list so I can buy the items. During the conversation he called home depot and inquired about product availability and price. It was agreed that 20 pieces of 2 x 4 x 12 (Home depot id #161667, each at $7.88 and 4 pieces of 5/8 plywood Home Depot id#166081, each at $27.77 will be needed. However, at the end of the conversation he said that he will buy the lumber as his truck is more suited to transport the material. He requested $300.00 dollars to buy 20, 2 x 4 x 12 ft of planks and 4 sheets of 5/8 plywood. I gave him the requested $300.00 On May 20, 2018, Chris called me. I was at the flea Market. He indicated that he wanted to review the required Material list. He arrived as the market was closing with 15 pieces of 2 x 4 of 4 ft lengths and 3/16 plywood of various length (ATTACHMENT B4, B5) 9 at 7 inches, 1 at 6 inches and I at 27 inches. He indicated that he had cut the 4ft lengths from the 12 ft lengths that he had purchased and the plywood widths were cut from full widths. He indicated that he will bring the rest of the lumber tomorrow (May 212018, the date that he will do the work). I told him that the delivered material was not the same as we discussed and agreed upon (the agreed material was 20 pieces of 2 x 4 x 12 (Home depot id #161667, each at $7.88 and 4 pieces of 5/8 plywood Home Depot id#166081, each at $27.77. He also gave me a paper and he indicated that it was the receipt for the material he purchased. I reviewed the document and told him that it was not a receipt but a quote (ATTACHMENT A) . He indicated that he had a commercial account with Home Depot and a receipt is not issued with his usage but is reflected in his monthly statement and he give a copy of the statement when he receives it. I insisted on a receipt. He said we will bring a receipt the next day 5/21/2018 (the date that he will do the work}. He left the market. Afterward, I looked at the material and noticed that that the quality of the material was unacceptable. The plywood pieces were dirty (ATTACHMENT B3) and the 2 x4 were very rough and had a lot of roughness and both sides were unsurfaced (ATTACHMENTS C2 TO C6). Some pieces were labeled with a barcode that reference clearance and the dimensions from the piece it was cut from (ATTACHMENT C1) and each piece of the 2x4 was labeled 1.00 indicating that each was priced at $1.00 (ATTACHMENT C7 to C9) . The 27-inchwide piece of plywood was labeled 3.00 indicating it was priced at $3.00 and one piece of the 7-inch-wide plywood was labeled 0.50 indicating it was priced 0.50 cent (ATTACHMENT B1 and B2) I immediately called Chris and informed about the condition and markings on the products. He claimed that he personally cut the product and they were correct. I reminded to receipts for all the material purchased. He said that he will. On May 21, 2018 Chris was supposed to be at the flea market to do the work. At 9:07, I received a text from Chris which states: " I'll be heading out to shortly. I'm waiting on Perry" Chris never showed up. I telephoned him times and left messages each time. I called 4 times between 11:29 AM, and 1PM, 1 time at 3:28PM, and twice around 4:50PM. I also sent him a text at 10:21AM and at 10:35AMIn one of the text and several of the telephone messages. I requested that Chris return my $300.00. There were 2 incoming telephone calls from Chris's telephone number, around 2:2pm. However, there was no response upon answering each call. On june 26 small claim decided on my behalf and Chris needs to pay me $630.00. as of this date he has bot paid anything
