I reminded him but he kept laying the tiles without staggering the pattern. He left a leaking pail on my lanai wood floors overnight. His crew left all their trash, bottles, pizza box, rolled paper used to protect the floor in a pile next to my garage. He didn't use a wet saw so there was stone dust all over my screen around the pool, deck and my wood floors. The floors also had dried cement all over. He was supposed to come finish about an hours work but didn't show. Stay away....

He was honest and forthright and let us know that the cracks were seeing were our home settling and that all we needed was a paint job. Our stucco is fine. I shudder to think the expense we might have incurred had Derik not been so honest. Beyond impressed! And he was extremely friendly! If we ever DO need stucco work, we will certainly use Kat. I took off work to make sure I met Hugo at the given time which was a Monday morning at 11:30. 9 minutes before his arrival he texted and said can I reschedule for next week?? Unfortunately I told him NO that that wouldn't work as I had openings where windows were removed and I didn't want the rain to come in. He then responded ok can I come later after 2:00?? Anxious and needing it done quickly I said yes that works. Went back to work and came back close to 2:00 and this time I didn't even get a text or any communication as to why he was a no show??? I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company that values there customers time and money.
