From beginning to end, the level of response, care and attention to questions/concerns as a customer was above board and expectation. The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck. Shawn called me back, then came out to take a look, explained process, what to expect, provided a quote and then came back out to do the work as discussed. I was completely surprised by the neatness in which they operated. Expecting things to look worse after having dealt with any sort of "construction" afterwards, that was not the case with them; they removed all trash, filled in areas of erosion by the foundation with topsoil and raked. Looks so much better than before they even started. Project itself: I have one slab originally poured under roof when we built the house and later added a separate slab abutting, allowing for more outside space with no roof cover. Years of rain, sandy soil, slope of the land, I guess nature has been taking its course...along ongoing construction of roads and new developments, sadly noticed a change in the topography since; hence some washout/voids and ultimately the cracking in these areas.

Had two people come out to clean and reseal the patio. They did a half-assed job cleaning and the…read moresealed up all the remaining mold in the bricks. Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. They rarely returned phone calls they never put a schedule together, it seems like they just fit my renovation in when they had a day or a couple hours Here and there. There workmanship was not professional at all, there workers left trash on our property they threw banana peels in the pool orange peels on the deck. They thought crooked tile and broken pavers (that they broke) when pulling them up were fine to put back down. They also thought missing grout was acceptable, They also thought the pebble tech finish was fine with blister's on the surfaces and really lumpy not smooth at all. They stained parts of our paver deck. They apparently think they are done with my job, even though I have pointed out the problems that need to be fixed. They are not returning calls. I would never recommend Pool Pros of Pasco to anybody, I would actually recommend people search and hire anyone else to perform the job they need completed.
