Had two people come out to clean and reseal the patio. They did a half-assed job cleaning and the…read moresealed up all the remaining mold in the bricks. Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. From beginning to end, the level of response, care and attention to questions/concerns as a customer was above board and expectation. The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck. We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.
