Then he said he never told me that and it would be 10 to 6 REALLY that's all day. I had things to do as it's Easter and I have other plans. I won't be home and I can't do any other day. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also did not bother to call or update us. I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. After initially not returning my call, I was told there was a "conflict of interest." When I pressed to find out what that conflict was--considering this is straightforward warranty work and diagnosis--I was given no reasonable answer. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting, ghost them, and then provide vague excuses. I highly recommend staying away from this company if you want reliable, professional service for your pool equipment. We are now wasting more time finding a reputable company to fix the issues Just Beachy couldn't be bothered to show up for.

Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? My roommates shared a house with a mature giant tree in the backyard and we "complained" when all the fruit dropped on the lawn. The fruit looked like Christmas decorations against the green background. It's become one of my favorite fruit to snack on straight from the tree. I share some to my apartment complex neighbors and they always scarf them up!
