Imagine your wife waking you up at 5:30 on a Monday morning telling you there is no water. The motor tothepump stopped working and we just had it rewired about 6-8 weeks ago for the same reason. I'm hinking the motor finally reached the end of the line. I've resigned myself to having to replace it and pdq. You can do your own mental math but you know it's not gonna be cheap. The real challenge is to find someone who will do it sooner rather than later. I spent the better part of the morning making calls and gettng answers like later this week, maybe tomorrow, etc. Dominic calls me back asks me two questions and then directs me to go to the pump and what to do, as if he is lookng over my shoulder. I've been on both ends of a tech call and this guy, who I've never met before and has never been to my house before, was incredible. A few weeks ago I had a View Flow Filter installed on my pump from the lake. WOW, I am so impressed with the difference it is making and wish I had done this years ago! It will cut way back on periodic filter cleaning on each sprinkler head in the future - a job I hated 3-4 times a year. Bryce was a great service tech and patiently gave me so many other pointers to my questions. As a single female homeowner, I DIY as much as possible, but some things must be done by professional. At my request, Bryce pulled up my intake filters from the lake so I could clean them and suggested the next visit I should have a union connector installed on the pipe to save me time in having to get a tech for that. Right now I am trying to find two filter socks for my submerged lake filters. I would Highly recommend finding another well pump service company! There are many out there! Let me explain: We had purchased a well pump from this company as well as a bladder. The pump started leaking from the pipe, We called the company and paid them to fix this issue. Which was not cheap!! The issue not more than 2 months later reoccurred the pipe began leaking which caused the pump to lose prime and left my house without water. I called and asked if they could send someone to repair the item that they did not repair properly the first time and he told me that they will not stand behind their work and would charge me again to fix the issue that was improperly repaired the first time. The man that anwsered the phone was also rude and wanted to argue! Not a good way to run a business! I would skip calling this business and move to the next! read more

My sprinkler system had been going haywire since my go to sprinkler guy retired a year or more ago. So, I did a little research and found this company. From the time I called, until the appointment was only 24 hours! Wow! I used to have to wait at least one week with the prior company. The two young gentlemen that came over were very knowledgeable, and polite young men. I knew they would have to rewire, change out some parts, reprogram the timer, and check the pump. They took over, and diagnosed pretty much what I had figured. One to two hours later, everything was working great! I will definitely request their services in the future, if need be. read more

On my watering day, my sprinkler (set on auto) kicked on then back off. I thought that was odd so I used the manual operation( I have a submersible well pump). It watered all zones fine until last one. It kicked on then off real quick. So I went to use manual operation again to see if the timer was set to short, but it did not turn on. It just looked like it was working. I then replaced the fuse but no go. So after getting a disconnected number from the company I used in past, I called this company Alltech Watering. I spoke with Dominic, we scheduled for Friday, which I had off. He told me there is a $30 charge for coming out. I agreed. He gave a time of when Bryce would be here. Friday came it rained but quit, no one showed during the time frame. I called sooke with Dominic and ask if Bryce was coming or if the rain is slowing them down. He said he does not send his trucks out in the rain. Then he said he tried to call but evidently had the number wrong also had the street wrong. We rescheduled for a day after work. That day came. Bryce came. I told him the problem and told him I did not know if it was the timer or cellanoid or what. He went to the timer turned it on manual and when it did not come on he said it is the timer. He did check the fuse that I had already replaced. So he told me he could replace the timer for 285. I told him I got mine at Home Depot, but I did ask if he could check two sprinklers. He said sure. So we went out in the yard I showed him two areas , but then I realized they cant be checked if the system is not working. I told him I will have to Wait. Then he told me he has a cheaper timer with him. And it would be 185. I asked him about it. He got it out and it was a 6 zone like mine and a Rainbird, then he said he thought I had an 8 zone. I asked what it would be for it and fixing the two sprinklers (that he had not looked at) I told him if he can cut me a break I might be able to do it. He then told me 220. I asked him if he was sure it was the timer. He said yes it is the timer, power was not going out. So I agreed. He installed the timer, turned it on and it did not work, so he said he had to check outside at the box. He opened the one box, I asked if that was the celanoid, he said no it is the capacitor. Then he told me he could replace it for 2xx on top of the timer cost(I forget the amount) or he said I could get one at Home Depot. I asked him how does he know that is the capacitor that is the problem. He said Once he replaces it then I will know. I asked if he can test it He told me yes, that he has one but if it blows, then I will have to pay for it, because then it is used. I told him I will take my chances and do a Hail Mary on it. He put his on and nothing. He said it was not the capacitor. Without checking anything, He then told me It was the pump and I am looking at about 1200. Once again I asked how does he know. He said will know when it is replaced. At that point I told him the system is just going to have to wait and asked him to uninstall the Rainbird Timer that he put in since it was not the timer obviously. He uninstalled it then put my timer back in place and told me he is going to have to charge me 150 dollars For installing it. My mind is thinking you have got to be kidding me. I paid him. So with my review, you decide. I thought the 150 was a bit much considering he told me it eas the timer and I did not need one so shouldn't charge me for his error. Now I wonder what he would have said if I kept a Rainbird that I did not need, since way back in first paragraph Rainbird was 185 installed. Also I was told on the phone call, 30 dollars to come out and check and if They dont find anything then all I am out is 30 dollars. read more

These guys are awesome. I just moved to the area and wanted to put a well in. The owner came out and talked with me and gave me a great offer. I had quotes from three other drilling companies, but all tech provided the most bang for my buck. They pulled all the permits needed and started working within a week of hiring them to put in a well. The guys that did the drilling were respectful to my wife and kids. My son is 2 so he loves big trucks and him and I sat and watched the guys work for a while. The guys did not cuss, or act inappropriate in any way, which I find to be a major plus. The guys cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed. They did an excellent job, and unlike all these back-of- my-pickup-truck drilling companies, all-tech drills into the aquifer not the sand table. Great company and great service. read more
