Add this to the list of businesses I wouldn't recommend simply because of their employees disappointing behavior in the community. Took an extra minute to get my kids on the bus and squared away safely today given that it's the first week of school, the bus driver wanted to make sure she had everything necessary to get my special needs child to and from without incident. That extra moment was too much for a driver from h2o plumbing who began honking incessantly and then screaming at me as I walked back to my car. I wonder if this is the conduct they condone. read more

Unlike the other plumbing services I got quotes from, H2O didn't blast me with texts and emails after giving me their quote, although it would have been nice if I had received a confirmation text the day of or night before they arrived to perform the job. One of the places tacked on an extended service contract to their quote that I didn't ask for and that really turned me off. H2O arrived on time, completed the work promptly, and were neat and professional. My biggest issue was their communication. It sometimes took a few emails to get a response, and the very last question I asked about the relief valve never got a response at all. Also, don't expect a detailed quote on letterhead like the others provided me with. They don't do that, which is mystifying. I did appreciate that I could call them and get a human. Dino's Plumbing has voicemail and no one ever called me back. Very rude and unprofessional. Out of the 3 quotes, H2O actually came in second as far as the cost went, but I went with them anyway because I had a good feeling about them and I'm glad I did. You should at least get a quote from them if not use them for your next plumbing job. read more

I received an email from our insurance company that our policy was going to be canceled in 30 days because our hot water heater is old! (I hate FL insurance companies!) I contacted H2O and they came out and spent about 2 hours draining and removing the old water heater and installing a new one. Brian and Brett do a great job, are very personable, and explain everything they need to do to complete the job. I've used H2O for other things, and will definitely use them in the future. Your full of bologna! I contacted you immediately - and sent you photos... I sure didn't pull your employees from another job" When I pointed out the damaged shower wall - he apologised. I watched them cut out the shower stall and the garden bathtub with that saw so you are just typing favorable excuses again. Also - I discovered that both drains were cut off below the floor for the shower stall and the bathtub areas afterwards because a loose drain pipe sat in place got bumped. I also noticed the toilet flange was broken after they left. You sure sound nice and professional in your typed response - not so much in reality. I have heard three versions of excuses - now your denying responsibility or obligation. As the owner your a constant reflection of your business practices - your full of excuses! read more

H2O Plumbing has been so great. First off, I want to mention Brad and Brian.. they were so responsive. We called for a quote, they were super patient, and we said we would call them back. They didn't bother us, like I mentioned, they were so patient enough to wait for us to get in contact back with them. We were able to make an appointment with them for the very next morning, mind you, we called them in the later afternoon; they were very informative and professional. They were able to get parts in a timely manner, they even showed up a few minutes early to the appointment time that we arranged. When Brian and Brad came the next morning, they got straight to it and were able to fix our problem in great time. Awesome company, these two were great; responsive, reliable, and such a great help! (Spring Hill) They are prompt, came same day of call and seemed real nice. They said there is no service fee. However, they said we needed a part for our tub that was leaking and after checking the leak in the sink, they said the fee would be over $300 for the 2. After they left, we turned the water back on. The leak in the sink was worse and steady. Before they came, we could turn the leak in the sink off with the cut-off valve. After they left, we couldn't. We called another plumber. On the sink and the tub, the plumber tightened screws on each. Leaks are gone and both works fine. The price he charged - $75. You fill in the blanks. read more

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience with this company! I called with a problem of my toilet not flushing and then backing up into the shower in the house I just moved into.. Bryan came out immediately and actually showed up even earlier than expected. He cleared everything that day but then 2 weeks later, it started doing it again. He came back with the owner of the company and we came up with a game plan to stick a camera down and really see what was going on. Fast forward about a week later, Bryan came back to remove all of the obstructions from the pipes and gave clear flow again. He even grouted the toilet for me since it had to be removed for this process! The owner and Bryan were extremely courteous and kind, especially being it was only my first month in my new house, it was a bit stressful but they made me feel so much better about everything.
