PLEASE do not purchase anything from this company. I should have seen the red flag when they…read morebleached my house pipes twice after the system was installed and yet I still had the odor. I have had nothing but issues for months, green sand (what they call the filter sand at the bottom of the unit) is still coming out of my new washer and faucets and all they want to do is come out and test my water to state nothing is wrong with it. I had to hire someone to clean out the line in my washer because I had stains on my clothes from the green sand. I had black water for months but until they actually saw it coming out of my faucets they did not believe me. They replaced my unit that was defective with a unit from another company that I did not agree to, it was supposed to be another IRONMAX coming from California. I had purchased a top of the line model that was computerized and modern I got a dinosaur looking unit that is not what I agreed to. Mary the owner told me if I did not like it they would take it out. Guess what I don't like it but no one will call me back and today I got a certified letter from Victory telling me they have tested my water and it is good. If I call them to come out again they will charge for the visit. I had my water tested at Marion County Water Test Lab which stated Iron in my water and all Victory told me is "any company would say its bad to get your business" They are an actual water testing lab something that your company is not.
