They have you thinking there is something wrong with your water hence the urgency. Ya know the shame of it is my family is in the market for fixing our water, but this pushy salesman Bobby will make sure we go elsewhere. Not only would he not introduce himself when he tried to act official with the city officials, but then he uses hard sell tactics of "today deals" and telling me how bad I'm doing by my children for letting them use this water while we think about it. After we asked him to leave, he then calls his boss Dan (owner) in front of us on speaker to tell him how this went. Had to ask him to leave again, and then he would still barely get out. New to the area, we received a post card in the mail, making it sound like it was official business. Right at the start the guy walks into our home looks around taking measure of everything!! He was pressure, rude and pushy. Even if we had been considering this, the guy made us do a 180. I even explained that I felt he was using pressure tactics and because we wouldn't commit, he got more irritated and said waste of hot air. I apologized for taking his valuable time, and that our time was also valuable. I have no idea if this is a good company or not, all I know is that the salesperson was unprofessional even took the papers from out of my hand when saying we didn't like pressure tactics. read more

Awful company. Called me saying they were from the county and wanted to test my water for an ammonia outbreak. They send some guy who turns out to be from a private company. 10 minutes into his demo I tell him I need to go because I'm making dinner and he has the audacity to try and stick around. This company is masquerading as a municipal entity! I received a small postcard in the mail that said "Water Update". When I called, the man on the line made it seem like there was a new change in the water system and they needed to come out to check the water in our home. I scheduled an appointment with him and turns out the truth is he wanted to sell us on an overpriced water filtering system. When we called him out on the deceitful advertising he said "Why does it matter how I was able to get into your home?" And proceeded to call his boss in front of us to let them know to mark us off their calling list. read more

Like some of the prior 1 star and lower reviews, moved in and a few days later a card from what it looked like was county or state official business, saying please call the water department in the next 72 hours. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! These are crooks who like Robert D. said, and we were taken to. They are suppose to maintain your equipment for water filtration system once a year but funny how they show up to my next door neighbors house with the wrong address on an index card. Hi tech. system they got going on there. Kevin, who I thought was a stand up guy came and I even helped him, charged me $290.00 to clean out the 100 gallon salt container. What a RIP OFF that was and then I had a half a tank of water standing in there and I called and he told me to hit a button on the other filtration container so I did and the container filled up even more. This was Wednesday the 27 of September, now water is half way up the salt container and I have called and texted since last week Wednesday and Saturday Kevin calls at around 10:30 and says he will be out probably around 2 or 2:30. Never called never showed. I have been calling and texting since Sunday and I finally got a text back from Dan whose is I don't know what at the company said he would get this taken care of. I got another text at 10:44 Kevin is at the store getting a new phone and I have him call you. I called Kevin's phone in the afternoon and still this number is not in service. Now I have called back and I think they know who is calling so I have to leave voicemails and no returned voicemails or texts. This company is the worst and should be shut down by the state. These guys got my check and it was cashed early the next day but getting service for an issue is something they don't do. Don't let these people in your house, they are SCAM artists and they will rip you off. The only nice thing I can say is that Dylan is the nicest person they have there and he would take care of your issue but I can't even request Dylan because no one answer's the phone and they won't send Dylan anyways because he always seems to be tied up somewhere else. For &290.00 dollars I could do it myself with out the heartache. I hope the county and state shuts them down. This is there own doing, as it appears to be with everyone else's issue's with this company. They are not part of the county or state.!!!!!!!! So I left a bad review last month and im happy to say the owner reached out to me and apologized on behalf of my poor service. He really seemed sincere and offered to personally come out and test my water. He really helped me understand the services they offer and was very pleasant. Had the system for multiple years and it is paid off. They installed system when I was at work and I think it must have been their first setup. The installed the chlorine 100 gal tank on the sand, close to where the clean out was (sand didn't hold up, what a surprise), they came over and placed a foam pad under tank which is ok but cheesy. The valves where against other pipes, so you had a hard time turning them, again they came over and moved valves. The chlorinator blew-up, again they came over and replace it after a couple months waiting and that had several issues until I just fixed it myself. So they have stood by product, but be prepared to wait months before they show up to fix anything. So expect a crappy install, you can do better yourself after watching youTube. read more

They are all nice and helpful on the phone but we checked them out with the County and the County said not to deal with them that it was not necessary. When the Technician arrived, my husband refused their services. The technician called my husband an ASSHOLE because he had to drive an hour to get to our house. Their mailing looks like it's from the county but they are not affiliated at all. After contacting them and confirming that they were just a private company looking to sell a treatment system. I told the guy to go away and stop sending me his misleading mailings, I may have been rude but they are sending mailing that lead you to believe they are part of a water resource division with the county. He proceeded to tell me he knew where I lived and he was going to come and beat my a**. Well I told him that this is FL and I wouldn't advise that. My next call may be to the Sherriff. read more

Capital "RIP", Capital "OFF". BEWARE!!!! Charges $5500 for a water purification system, but what you get is a $1000 water softener. Claims you get pure drinking water from every tap, but it has no chlorination, no UV treatment, no reverse osmosis. You could be drinking parasites and bacteria and this system wouldn't stop it. Misleading advertising, they get a list of new residence from the county and send official looking post cards about contaminated water and offer a free water test, looks like it is from the county but it's not. Then Bobbie comes out and does the free test, and like a timeshare salesman who "wont take no for an answer" pitches you for their filtration/purification system. Their refund policy if 3 days! yes only 3 days. For a $5500 system, not 10 years, not a year, not 90 days, but within 3 days -in writing. Their warranty is "lifetime" IF and only IF you pay $246 a year for a flush maintenance. Or you could buy a complete system that actually gives you "drinking water" for $2800 and save yourself thousands of dollars. PS: the most likely part to fail is the power board and that is only covered for 1 year no matter what you pay. I don't work for another company, I don't have a recommendation for a good water treatment. I am a new homeowner who got duped and paid 5X what the softener was worth, and was told it was a purification system when it was basically only a water softener. I'm pissed and can't do anything about it other than warn everyone else. If you just moved in and got a post card from "Environmental Water Resource" about a free water test, throw it away and I hope you google and find this before you pay any money, I wish I had. And their website is www.makemywaterbetter.com which falsely advertises they are best rated by consumer reports since 2006. Another thing, their website says they are #1 rated best by Consumer Reports since 2006, and Consumer Reports doesn't even have their company or product listed. In fact and I quote Consumer Reports, they said in 2012 "We do not test whole house water softeners" so how could they be #1 since 2006. More like #1 best at False Advertising. Call someone else, trust me. I got a post card that looked straight from the county, saying my water may contain contaminants that are potentially dangerous. So I called them and the offered a free water test...ok cool. Bobbie comes in with his little beaker kit and gets to work. He said the water would turn green if it was contaminated...THE DROPS WERE GREEN COMING OUT OF HIS LITTLE BOTTLE. He pulls out a binder with a credit app and a sales order for a new osmosis system that cost $6,000. I told him no several times, he would not leave. I even told him I had the water tested when I bought the house as it was on a well. He kept talking and eventually called me greedy because I would not write him a $50 deposit check. After I threw him out almost physically, he sat in his car yelling at me about what a greedy person I was, he accused me of writing a bad review on him as he was talking to me because I had my phone in my hand. These people prey on gullible new home owners, that I am not. I am not greedy, I just see a creepy door to door salesman a mile away. Do not let this guy in your house. read more
