I ordered a new toilet and had to hav.e it installed. I called Dino on Friday and explained it wasn't an emergency. On Monday he sent Joshua over. Within an hour and a half I would say the toilet was installed and everything was cleaned. Joshua is polite and knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions and thanked us for being patient with him when actually he was patient with us. read more

Great service, reasonable rates. Very helpful about resolving an inferior fixture problem. We ran into a small scheduling glitch, which is fine, my request for service was not an emergency. I would rather wait a couple hours for good service than get bad work right away. After dealing with not so great service out of state on a family members home, Dino's is greatly appreciated. Called back on 1/9/24 and left a message on their voice mail with my name, phone #, and the issue, which as about a $2k job, not just a leaky faucet. I have a record of the call in my phone's call log. Today is 1/19/24. Zero call back. I called 3 other Spring Hill plumbers and all had a human answer the phone and was able to schedule an in-person estimate within 2-3 days of my call. If you're really that busy then you have enough money to hire someone to answer your phones and be a professional company. I can't comment on the quality of their service since they blew me off, but they clearly have no respect for your time or potential business. Update: Today is 1/30/24. STILL NO CALL BACK. Dino's Plumbing performed two tasks-- repair a leaky bathtub fixture and check that the house pipes did not leak prior to another company installing insulation. Dino replied fast to my call via text and asked for a photo of the fixture. Travis, one of the plumbers, arrived within two hours of Dino saying he was sending someone. Travis found he had to source a part due to the old bathroom fixture which he quickly did. After looking at the pipes, Travis found we had two leaks and the house had gray QEST pipes, which are not allowed for use anymore nationwide. He recommended a repipe and explained why. He also recommended two companies that could do the job, explained what repiping options meant and even gave us a ballpark for cost. Travis went out of his way to calm my nerves at the unexpected cost. He said if we were not sure about something the repipe company said, to call him or Dino. After research, I found what he said about QEST pipes were all true and we opted for a repipe by calling the recommendations that same day. So far so good! I used Yelp to find a plumber, as my mother's toilet was running. It was late, so I texted instead of calling or waiting until morning. Dino responded right away and made an appointment. He texted when he was on his way. We had a dilemma on whether just to get a new toilet, because my mom wanted one. He said that we really didn't need one, but gave me a recommendation. Since we only have one bathroom, Dino fixed the toilet. We went to the store to purchase a new one for him to pick up. The type he recommended was reasonably priced and suits her needs. He fit us in his schedule tomorrow to install the new toilet. Dino is personable, professional, honest, and funny. The employees at the store knew him and had really good things to say about him. My sister had stopped by and grabbed a card from him, as she needed a good plumber, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Yet again, Dino to the rescue. New tankless hot water heater install after finding out 2.5 yr old Rheem was worthless. And Rheem repair service was awful. Dino responded on Saturday & Sunday, while we were out of town and the family was back home w/no hot water. He got a new unit ordered and in by the next day. Dino's was highly recommended by our friends. The owner came to our home and took care of the refrigerator line water leak in our attic. We were told that he would "provide us an estimate for the full job in just a few days." My husband left one phone message checking on the status. It's three weeks later, and no phone call or estimate has been provided. Obviously, this business does not need the work. We will never recommend Dino's to anyone.
