After they stood around and spent the next 15 minutes or so, flushing the toilet repeatedly, they suggested having my toilet reset "might" fix the problem. Other that, they didn't know what's to do because they couldn't replicate the odor. Charged me $120 service call and left. Technically, it was a service call but there was no actual service unless you count numerous toilet flushing "service". Rich has always been my go -to for plumbing issues. I expected better. Rich has $120 of my money, and I still have toilet odors wafting up from my shower drain. I won't be in a hurry to call them again.

He got right to work and immediately ran into a few unexpected issues and tackled them. He was here about an hour and a half and showed me what was done and why it was done. Every time I came up with an idea to condense & repack an item in the truck, Kannon came up with the same idea as I did simultaneously.
