And the electrician can be here between 12 and 2pm. At 1:41pm I got a text saying the electrician will be here at 2:45. (Your company texted me when you were supposed to be here. You were already ) And the text said: it will be a different electrician. At 3 o'clock no one showed up or called or texted. So I called back and spoke with/Kim again, and I asked her if they forgot about me because it's 4 o'clock and no one's here still! And she told me she will call the technician. And she will call me back in two minutes. She never called me back. She texted me saying the electrician will call me in one minute. At 4:30 the electrician called me and said he will be here in a half an hour. A little after five the electrician finally arrived. Trying to upsell me and give me all of his bullshit/ stories. And when he finally gave me his price his boss and him talked about. It was $500.00 for a plug-in play and $350.00 for a permit. (I was told by the company who made this product that I didn't need a permit.) They were just trying to pocket the $350. I said to the electrician, why didn't you just tell me $500 from the get go and I would have not wasted five hours of my day waiting for you! He said he didn't know. When he just told me his boss told him $500. Plus the $350. I told him I had a really bad taste in my mouth with this company since almost the beginning. And I will not be doing business with them and I will be writing them a bad review. I also told them thank you for wasting my time, (5hrs) then I said: Have a nice day and get off my property! And they only got one star so I can finish this review.

Hired this company from PA for a 4-plex purchase in FL to pump/inspect the 4 septic tanks prior to…read moreour closing on the property. This company, together with the home inspector (also on site that same day) MISSED AN ENTIRE TANK - told us there were only 3 and that the front building shares one larger tank due to the well being on the other side of the property. Seemed plausible, so we move along. They provided zero report of any kind for this "inspection". No photos. Nothing but a phone call saying you have 3 and they look fine, we're done and gone. We're now working to get the property fixed up and despite paying $1,248 for these inspections, we STILL don't know exactly where the access lids are located since Payless buried them again with no photos. We didn't get fully moved down for a few more months, so the grass was grown back over and we couldn't tell where had been dug. We have since purchased our own very expensive sewer scope and locator only to find we do in fact have a 4th tank that Payless completely ignored. When we hired another company to come pump that 4th tank after finding it ourselves - they showed up with the permitting plans for our property and knew not only that there were 4 on the property, but exactly where the 4th tank was before we even showed them. Why did Payless not check these records? We are still learning and didn't know to look for those records at the time, but I would expect a professional in this business to know about them. We also now know that all 4 tanks are original and the same size, so that was a lie telling us that the front building shared one larger tank. How does a professional septic company not own a locator?

Got a few quotes from other businesses, and this business had a very fair price! They quickly sent over pictures of in stock shower system, we chose a brushed nickel from Delta. They came, completely removed and installed the new system and value, as well as installed an access panel to easily access valve for the future (previous handyman completely closed the access so bad to cut through drywall). The new access panel looks professional and we're still able to use our linen closet perfectly. The team was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. My shower has never looked better, and from start to finish done in just three hours. Would recommend to EVERYONE, they are truly the best. For reference, pics are before and video is after.

Once that got settled things went smoothly. The technician that came out was great! He did a thorough job in our semi-annual service/maintenance and was personable and knowledgeable. We have a 19 year ac unit in the house we recently purchased and he told us that is was in good shape and didn't need anything. This made a huge impression on us as he could very easily told us that it needed to be replaced. We are planning to have it replaced soon anyway, and Daniel's Heating & Air Conditioning will definitely be doing the work. Oh, and their service/maintenance contract is beyond reasonable!

Took an extra minute to get my kids on the bus and squared away safely today given that it's the first week of school, the bus driver wanted to make sure she had everything necessary to get my special needs child to and from without incident. That extra moment was too much for a driver from h2o plumbing who began honking incessantly and then screaming at me as I walked back to my car. I wonder if this is the conduct they condone.
