The fees and charges were explained beforehand and the needed services were explained. My pool was very green, to the point I thought we would have to drain the water. We didn't have to. So you receive, what seems to be automated, emails telling you that your pool is "sparkling clean" and there's also a picture of your pool included. My pool went from looking clean & clear to green with algae under their almost 2 month care. Not happy with the lack of communication and servicing of my pool. I don't recommend using their services and we're still working on getting our pool back to where it was before we hired them.

Not only did they fail to show up, but they also did not bother to call or update us. I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. After initially not returning my call, I was told there was a "conflict of interest." When I pressed to find out what that conflict was--considering this is straightforward warranty work and diagnosis--I was given no reasonable answer. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting, ghost them, and then provide vague excuses. I highly recommend staying away from this company if you want reliable, professional service for your pool equipment. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING about the pool (we are new to having a pool). He even fixed a few things for no charge. We have since had him back to covert the pool to salt, he didn't upsell us on the top generator just the one he knows is best and gave us a $100 rebate.
