From the first call to ask questions and then to set up an initial vist; I was so happy that I made this phone call. My questions were answered patiently and politely and my concerns were addressed. The fees and charges were explained beforehand and the needed services were explained. My pool was very green, to the point I thought we would have to drain the water. We didn't have to. Our pool is clear and beautiful! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I am so glad I made this phone call. You won't be disappointed! All staff are awesome! Thank you!

Not only did they fail to show up, but they also did not bother to call or update us. I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. After initially not returning my call, I was told there was a "conflict of interest." When I pressed to find out what that conflict was--considering this is straightforward warranty work and diagnosis--I was given no reasonable answer. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting, ghost them, and then provide vague excuses. I highly recommend staying away from this company if you want reliable, professional service for your pool equipment. We are now wasting more time finding a reputable company to fix the issues Just Beachy couldn't be bothered to show up for.
