He doesn't even have his own license, he works under the license of a John Whyte or White (can't recall) Per contract he's done $20k of work but has $60k of our money. He's admitted he has a cash flow problem which means he took our money and didn't spend it on our pool build. Per contract we owe them $13.8K and he claims he can finish the pool for that amount but I have to buy the equipment myself and hire other people to finish the job.
