Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. To end, we were so pleased with Florida Paver Savers that we immediately entered into contract with them for a project at the rear of the property for a retaining wall and deck. He also kindly fit us into his schedule so we could have it done before putting it on market. The removal was one day and the new roof took two due to the high heat index we'd been having. The workers were very care of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned everything thoroughly and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team's work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails. We were very happy with their friendly and experienced services and would most definitely recommend them.

After getting some pretty high estimates from her local places, I called Screen Monkey because they had just fixed mine for a reasonable price... I've spent that much on dinner. So I asked if they would give her an estimate. They said "sorry we don't go that far south" But after hearing the predicament this lady was in, Melissa said "let me get back to you". The next day she called and said she felt bad that this woman was being taken advantage. "We're going to do it". A couple of day's later they went about 20 miles out of their area and replaced a section (on the roof of the cage) and charged me an even better rate! ..Probably used 1/2 that (there and back) in gas...Talk about a fair and honest company..You'd be silly not to give them a call the next time you need any screen work...Frank N.

We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders of Spring Hill to build us a house in Rural Hernando…read moreCounty in 2021. He built the house and we moved in in early 2023, 20 months after signing our contract. James comes on strong but as the job progressed you could see that he was just ready to be done and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors. There was an issue with the custom exterior siding, which was around a $16,000 up-charge, that if we were not on site it would have become a real mess due to minimum on deck supervision of the siding crew. Luckily, we were able to stop the subcontractor and get it done right and when we did tell James we wanted our expensive siding done right he told us our job had become a "S___ Show". His exact words about our Dream House!! And that we were trying to "nickle and dime him". Very Unprofessional! Some of his subcontractors were good tradesmen and some of them were not.. We have already had to re-caulk both bathrooms. Additionally, we had a problem with the flooring and when we called James and told him this, he started yelling into the phone that it was somehow our fault then he hung up on us! Finally, after 6 months of trying to get James to fix our floor he sent us a check for $7600 and told us to have another contractor fix it! We hired James to build the house. His warranty clearly stated that any defects would be repaired by him. Now we have to bring in a 3rd party contractor to fix what his people messed up as James basically bowed out of his warranty responsibility by paying us off. Do we still even have a warranty on anything else?? At the end of the build James did not do a 'Punch Out' walk through. We are still correcting problems. All the switch and plug covers were crooked. Most of the cabinet doors were loose and in need of proper adjustment. The tub still even had the stickers on it! The interior trim is a mess because James did it himself instead of hiring a proper Trim Carpenter. We paid James every single Draw right on time. We did not complain about a couple of things that the contract price increased on because we understand that stuff happens. At the time of final payment what we got from Pro Craft Builders was "OK, so we're done, right?" Not a 'Thank You'. Not an 'Enjoy your new home'. Just "We're done, right?" The house seems sound and functional. Time will tell. We like looking at it and living in it. Did Pro Craft build us a good house? Again, time will tell. Would we hire him again...Probably not. Would we recommend him to anyone....Probably not.

They replaced the doors and the downspout for the super gutter and found an issue with the super gutter brackets, they should be flat under the roof. Mike took a picture and I sent it to the roofing company, so they can fix the issue. Honest and does a great job. The pricing is super reasonable too! Mike came and fixed us up temporarily and didn't charge us until he completed a full rescreen. He also installed new kick plates and railings, and recently reframed the cage after our pool remodel.
