When questions about the project arose Ron was very quick to reach out with suggestions and the proper action that needs to be taken to remedy. Ron has an in-depth knowledge of construction and was able to spot problems with previous work done by others. He is able to provide accurate cost effective solutions quickly with precision. We needed to replace the ancient wrought iron columns on the property with something more modern and feasible to attach our gutter downspouts. Ron absolutely KILLED it; he drew up the quote (extremely accurate) and had suggestions that would be slightly more expensive with the choice in wood & attachment points but the longevity would outlast the cost one thousand fold (so thankful for your insight). We also needed to replace the entire section of attic breather screens that would be best described as janky and worn. His idea for the fix wouldn't break the bank and it looks so professional it looks better than NEW (hat tip to you SIR)! We also had Ron replace rotted sections of soffit and fascia, he was able to color match spot on with the paint and it came out phenomenal! If you aren't the handy type or you haven't gained enough confidence from the latest video on YouTube University to do it on your own; do yourself a favor and call Ron to have it done right the first time! Every time I came up with an idea to condense & repack an item in the truck, Kannon came up with the same idea as I did simultaneously. I consider myself to be an excellent packer, so Kannon receives exceptionally high scores for having a good sense of making the most room for what needed to be loaded & packed. Kannon's helpers also busted their humps like mini freight trains that just kept going. I had to give them drinks & tell them to take a break several times. He was here all day one day until almost 6:pm. It wasn't done though. Then he came back and spent another good part of a day. It was an inside door. The door wasn't replaced just the molding. So when he was done I can't believe he left tape on the floor paint and roller right where he was done. There are finger prints on the door that aren't mine. I will supply pictures. Plus he charged me $200 over the budget. It's just sad really. I gave him one star and that was for the 3 kids because they were so sweet.
