And the son looked at me as though I were a complete nusiance, then said: " What do you want us to do about it?" Really? How about a quote for the repairs we need. Instead he said he literally wouldn't bother to lift a finger for less than $1200. And that was merely to repair one pane of glass in our front window. No, thanks. We were waiting on insurance to approve it and he was extremely flexible with us. They needed up needing about three days and were prompt and professional the entire time. They replaced the drywall and baseboards and painted. They specialize in windows and repaired our window to ensure the leak doesn't happen again. He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane.
