In my situation, I had another contractor tell me what I wanted done was not possible then charged me $150 for coming out to survey the situation. Then I hired Alex. He came in and said "absolutely we can do this." He got it done and I am HAPPY. I am hiring Alex the next time I need this kind of work done. The first company sent out a technician who spent two hours fidgeting with the equipment only to tell my dad he was unable to do what needed to be done.
