I had shopped around and found them to be very competitive and they had a solid reputation. The unit has been working flawlessly ever since the installation but though it was time for a maintenance/checkup. I called for an appointment and was quoted $95 for a checkup... I thought that was reasonable considering it had been over 5 years since the installation. The owner, Barsin stopped by and did a thorough inspection, checked the refrigerant, condenser, inspected the main unit, filter etc. all was well which I suspected but just wanted to be sure. He even popped his head into the attic to look at some of the duct work which is the original to the house but still functioning. When he completed the inspection I asked him how he would prefer to be paid and he said "No Charge", everything is working as it should so you are go to go... I thought that was pretty swell:).
