He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall. I never saw or heard from Mike again. Totally unacceptable management. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste from dealing with this company.

The…read moredeck looks beautiful, but they left screws and bolts everywhere- In addition, the upper deck seems to be leaking water onto the lower deck. They were great at first, but seemed to fall off toward the end of a project. It was a relatively small job for them, I am sure, based on their pictures that they post, but that shouldn't be an excuse. We also have some gaps in spaces where animals set up homes... we are experts, Jeff and co. should have warned us about this. Even if it meant spending a bit extra.
