Upon arrival, there were free booths for seating, but quite a few of them still had leftover dishes after guests had finished. Fortunately, our table was wiped down and clean, but we weren't comfortable eating at a dirty location. In addition, there was only 2 servers handle everything. Generally, Creams is a popular date spot for couples or big parties as the large booths grant some privacy. There are also viewing glass displays for the ice cream so you can see all the different flavors, making it a fun place to bring little kids. We ended up ordering an Oreo Overload Sundae and Bubbleicious, although one sundae is enough to fill two people. The sundaes arrived immediately after it was made and was not melted. The plating of it is instagramable, if you're into that too! Our favourite was definitely the Oreo and the small logo wafer was a nice touch. Despite the good ice cream, we wished this location was maintained better and had more staff. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the location. For the hefty price per sundae, the overall experience should've been better.

You should take this review with a pinch of salt as I do not have any other experiences eating waffles but you should be rest assured that the food was delicious and I would say above average. The waiting staff were very kind and they even let me take a picture of the waffles behind the counter when I asked if I could. The staff allowed us to try out the different Gelato's before we ordered the "Dream Team" (a chocolate waffle with a scoop of Gelato on the top). I ordered the mint Gelato and the taste was very comparable to those that I had in Florence, Italy so that was a very good sign. The waffles were warm and crispy and the chocolate decoration on the top made the dish look gourmet.
