At first I didn't think I was going to get an appointment but I kept checking and an appointment opened up and I was able to schedule it. This is a pricey experience but SO worth it. I haven't gotten a pedicure in so long, I wasn't looking for the frills I just wanted to get my feet right. I opted to get the KART Dermal Care Pedicure with no polish because I don't do Gel on my toes. Once you walk in you're greeted by the front desk person who was super nice. The space is decorated beautifully. I was then taken to the area where my pedicure would be taking place. It was in a little blocked off area with a curtain. I was serviced by Margarita who was lovely. She explained the entire process to me and gave me suggestions on how to keep my feet moisturized. What I loved is that she wore a gown, gloves, mask & all the tools she was going to use were in a sealed sanitize bag. She started the process by cleaning my feet then added the product & wrapped my feet with Saran Wrap. While she let that marinate on my problem areas, she got to working on my cuticles & buffing my nails. After she got her tools, unwrapped my feet and cleaned the problem areas. She showed me how much she was able to remove. I was shocked! She then moved onto buffing my feet the moisturizing them and lastly ended it with putting warm socks on my feet. Overall, a 10/10 experience! I can't wait to come back when I visit my friends again.

She repeatedly reassured me that I would be seen right away and even encouraged me to upgrade to the deluxe pedicure for a better experience, while continuing to promise that I would still be done within the hour. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. I sat in the chair for almost 50 minutes without anyone starting my service. I went back to the front desk and explained that I needed to leave within the next 20 minutes, which was already later than I originally planned. Again, I was reassured that someone was coming immediately. At that point, they suggested I downgrade to the classic pedicure so it could be completed within my timeframe. A woman named Wendy finally came over, started setting up the station, then told me she needed to come back. After another 10 minutes passed and I again expressed frustration to the front desk, she finally returned. Even then, instead of beginning the pedicure, she spent time on the phone while the water was running. The actual pedicure itself was rushed and poor quality. My feet were barely scrubbed, and the French tip was done so poorly that another employee had to step in and finish it. What frustrates me most is that I ended up leaving two full hours after I originally arrived, paid $60, and still did not receive a quality service. I have frequented this salon before for pedicures, and this is the first time I have had such a negative experience. The biggest issue was the lack of honesty and communication from the front desk at the beginning. If I had simply been told that the salon was extremely busy and there was no guarantee I could be seen quickly, I would have left, handled what I needed to do, and come back another time. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured just to sit there waiting for two hours. Sadly, after this experience, they will not be receiving my business again.

I tried to resolve this over the phone 3 times but the manager never contacted me. This is a matter of principle, poor customer service, and lack of empathy for a business I supported for years. I have never had this issue with any business before so I am honestly shocked by this. Original: Love Eugina for pedicures but hate their cancellation policy. I've never needed to cancel before but the one time I have to because my daughter is sick and have to stay home, they still charge me the half of the service. I'll just do my own feet at this point.
