This store has some of the most unprepared and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. I…read morehonestly don't understand how they're still operating. I went in to make a payment of $140, and the staff member informed me there was a $5 fee. I agreed, which should have made the total $145. However, when she returned with my receipt, it showed only $135 had been applied. When I asked why the full amount wasn't processed, she simply said "oh." Then another staff member came over and told me I could give her the $5, and she would "hold it" until her supervisor arrived--at which point the supervisor would call me once it was added. I told her I needed a receipt because I wasn't about to just hand over cash with no proof, as that made no sense. Long story short, I ended up calling 611, and they credited me back the $5. But honestly, this was one of the most confusing and unprofessional experiences I've ever had.
