Mind you, the house was old and no one had been living there for years. I was anxious to get some news that a lot of major work needed to be done, but upon inspection (over about 3-4 hours), he was able to reassure us what needed to get done and sent over a detailed report of all the repairs. He went through the exterior, interior, and underneath the crawl space. He is definitely a true professional who showed up on time and was patient with our questions and dealing with the lack of functional heating in the house.
