I had a professional electrician do the wiring so i know it s correct and they are saying it is not. to much to say, so i would not recommend them even to someone I did not like. Elizabeth is great with customer service. She is very responsive and had no problem with me contacting her with questions for Jack after the inspection. I was able to pay a fee for Jack to come back and do a reinspection of the home to make sure the repairs were done properly. I was so glad that I did that because Jack found a major repair that was improperly superficially patched. This finding prevented the seller from trying to sell me a home under the pretense that the repair had been properly made.
