His price was extremely competitive and he was the first person to respond when I looked for inspectors on Yelp. Not only was he the first to respond but he also responded almost immediately when I had questions about setting up the inspection, what I should expect, how to pay, when I would get my report, etc. I also looked on-line and found a sample report: I impressed by it. Andrew called me immediately after the inspection and gave me the highlights of everything he found. He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. The next morning I found the complete inspection report in my email with photos, comments, suggestions where changes or updates were recommended. I had two questions regarding the report. I asked the questions on Yelp and had answers in my in-box within 3 minutes! I am going into this "blind" condo purchase feeling so much more confident thanks to Andrew. He suggested that I improve the hose connection to prevent water leakage. After I did so, the problem remained. I called back the electrician, who said that evidently the problem was in the pump itself and that it should be replaced. The electrician was friendly and courteous. I understood that they needed to charge an inspection fee, but what seemed excessive and unfair was the categorization of diagnostic levels that raised the cost of the service call beyond what I considered a reasonable expense for the type of repair needed. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company. It would have been better to work with a company that charges an hourly rate. I will never use this company again - the fees they charge for the service rendered, despite their politeness and friendliness, are simply too costly. The determination that a pump servicing a fountain needed to be replaced cost me $500 plus their inspection fee. Outrageous!

We were upgrading to an induction cooktop, and a newer walloven and needed new, higher amp circuits installed to support them. Donald came out and gave a very reasonable quote, literally half of what the appliance store's contractor quoted. He pulled the permits, arrived on time to do the work, and dealt with the inspection process. He replaced the drywall plugs for the holes he had to cut so well that I had no problems patching over them and making them disappear. He was very proud of how few holes he needed to make to phish the wire in the first place, which I took as a sign of him taking pride in his work. I will recommend this company to everyone who has an electrical project that they need done for a reasonable price and in a professional manner.
