John came as a strong recommendation through our realtor and he fully executed on his service. He pinpointed specific areas in our property that were immediate areas of opportunity (ex. requesting water location was turned on during the final walk-through to confirm no issues) to highlights of the property that he felt confident that we as the buyers should know (ex. his professional input on the life of the roof). On top of being overpriced, he then charged us again just to issue the proper rental inspection certificate that should have been included from the start. Not only was he the first to respond but he also responded almost immediately when I had questions about setting up the inspection, what I should expect, how to pay, when I would get my report, etc. I also looked on-line and found a sample report: I impressed by it. Andrew called me immediately after the inspection and gave me the highlights of everything he found. He answered all my questions and was extremely friendly.
