The staff is friendly and really seems to care about the kids, which makes such a difference. The coaches are patient and make sure everyone feels included, whether it's in flag football or summer camp games. My kids come home tired, happy, and already asking when they can go back. The facilities are clean and well-run, and I always feel like they're in good hands. We're really glad we found Coppermine -- it's become a big part of our routine, and I'd definitely recommend it to other families.

First, I was required to drive over an hour to their showroom for a completely unnecessary appointment--just to be shown pool options that could have easily been reviewed at home via email or a catalog. After that unproductive meeting, I was told someone needed to come out to evaluate my property. I rearranged my work schedule for this appointment, which was set between 7:30-8:30 AM. No one showed up. I received a voicemail at 8:30 saying he would now likely arrive between 10:30-11:30. That's a 3-4 hour delay with no prior notice. Since I had to be at work by 11, I called him back to say that wouldn't work. When I reached out to the owner to express my frustration, he was dismissive and rude, downplaying the situation by saying the rep was "just going to be a little late." A four-hour delay is not a minor inconvenience--especially after I changed my work schedule to accommodate them. This company clearly lacks professionalism and respect for clients' time. I would look elsewhere.

They men that finished the installation just dumped 2 bags of shock chemicals directly into the pool and said it would be clean in 24 hours-that's it!- and left. The installation crew failed miserably, they started the install then abruptly stopped during the water filling phase do to it being "too cold". The rubber liner wouldn't stretch enough while filling so it started pulling the metal walls down. So they left, and I mean dropped everything where it laid and left. Cardboard boxes left laying randomly, parts of the pool hastily piled up, bags of hard wear all over the yard, sand all over my driveway and pool deck. So I called the foreman, he was extremely dismissive of my concerns for the pool, the damaged side wall and the disarray. His statement was they'll be out "sometime" next week or the week after! Now the pool is in even worse shape due to crew not attaching all the top rails and caps correctly, so wind has pushed the walls in and most of the top rails are broken. DO NOT USE VAN DORN POOLS!!
