They did the initial treatment on my (then new) home. They have proactively and voluntarily come out to do a thorough inspection every year except last. I have never had a problem, but they did find "one termite" near the house one year and actually treated the area as a precaution (no charge). Another time, they informed me of a deck post that had water damage that I was unaware of and repaired. I am sure their prices are a lot higher now, but I would surely inquire with them if I moved.
