They did the initial treatment on my (then new) home. They have proactively and voluntarily come out to do a thorough inspection every year except last. I have never had a problem, but they did find "one termite" near the house one year and actually treated the area as a precaution (no charge). Another time, they informed me of a deck post that had water damage that I was unaware of and repaired. I am sure their prices are a lot higher now, but I would surely inquire with them if I moved. It looked barely better than before. There was grime and dirt all over walk in shower. Dust in corners. Etc. Baseboards were barely touched. Walls had scuffs and dirt. A magic eraser took all of it right off. I had to go behind them and clean. I believe she brought her children with her to help?? Good cleaning takes training. One must have an acute attention to detail and a willingness to commit to the job. Children, teenagers-- are not going to clean a home well. Unsatisfactory. Unprofessional. Disappointed in the amount we paid for what was provided. Sad, really. She could have had a long term customer with us. We have been using cleaners for 10+ years and usually have someone come at least every 2 weeks. Don't agree to take a job if you can't do it well.
