I'm a Realtor and ordered the required wood destroying insect inspection almost four weeks before…read moreclosing. Unfortunately, I never got the report because the company I used was purchased by a huge company and everything got lost in the transition. The new company couldn't help me, so I called another company to redo the inspection for me, but it was now only a week before closing so time was a critical issue. The new company said they would get back to me and never did. I called Fosters and Melanie immediately understood my situation, said she would call me back and did, and got the inspection and the report to me without any further nudging on my part! I am so impressed with her understanding, her follow up, and the young man who showed up to do the inspection. I highly recommend them if you want a business that is focused on you, the customer, and not just on themselves and getting bigger and bigger!

I call and spoke with Mr. Crislip who seems grouchy every time you speak with him, I could not understand at first what he said but I then realized he said his guy could not get into my house because the door was locked, when he repeated himself he was extremely rude. Well if his guy had checked the correct door he would have found it actually was unlocked. I sat there in silence because I was confused as to why he said the door was locked when I just got home and walked through the door that was unlocked! I then realize he has hung up on me! Did not even call back. Had the guy called me when he realized he could not get in I could have told him which door was left unlocked. Also I made arrangements to remove my dogs from the house for the day which was another issue. We are not regular customers but on a as needed basis. Well they just lost a customer based off of rudeness. Once I realized he hung up on me, I called someone else. A little kind customer service goes a long way.
