From the start, they were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and their pricing was very reasonable. A special shoutout to Eric, who handled the installation. The work was done in the middle of summer, and anyone who's been in an unconditioned attic in the knows how brutal the heat can be. Despite the tough conditions, Eric worked hard, stayed professional, and made sure everything was installed correctly. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers quality work, sticks to its schedule, and charges a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dustbusters to anyone needing any air quality needs.

There was no negotiating on that price, even mentioning the price of gas to travel to Springfield,MA from West Springfield! Seriously! We sought out a separate quote with a local company, and the job was done quickly for $1600 including the new fan ordered from Lennox. I see a big problem with Berkshire 'abusing' the trust of longtime customers who expect they are in good hands. Other people at the Hampden East complex Nassau Drive have reported dismay with Berkshire and urge customers to go elsewhere. Thought you should know. DO plan on wearing a face mask during the process. Dust does fly a little and some lands around the sites worked on. (This will surely happen with *any* HVAC vent cleaning.) They do vacuum floors well afterwards and I didn't expect them to dust all of my nearby furniture too; I did that. Tip re any vent cleaning by any company: I decided to handwash all of the vent covers removed. They told me that they would vacuum each one. I did not expect anyone to stand at my sink and handwash the "junk" that could not vacuumed off. Overall, Everclean did a great job for a very reasonable price given the amount of time and effort put in. Definitely be sure to contact this company for an in-person quote (which some companies do not provide).
