Read good reviews on this Drywall repair place and the owner (assuming the primary number listed was his) was very responsive. Agreed to come out a couple days later and gave a time window of arrival between 12-1. Confirmed the time with him via text that morning. That was on June 28-it's now July. Totally understand this type of business can be unpredictable with an earlier job taking longer than expected but very frustrating when I made arrangements to be at that house only to have a no show. At minimum, a quick text would have been appreciated letting me know of a delay or cancellation of my quote / project. Anyway heads up. Hope this was just a one time error. - UPDATE- Ezequiel, Thank you for your reply to my review. I have RARELY said a negative thing in a post about any business.... as my intention is not to cause you to lose business. It is simply to give other customers a "heads up" so they can accurately proceed and choose the best business for them. I personally do appreciate reading business reviews prior to calling someone so that I at least believe they are reliable and will do good work. I was somewhat positive in my initial review and I even gave you an "out" and said I hoped this was just a one time thing. You should've run with it. I would absolutely never post something that is not accurate. In this case, I shared my true thoughts. I would have had no issue updating or entirely removing my comment (star rating as well) with an apology or explanation (although not expected). A simple, "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am very sorry, got distracted, Forgot. Very out of character for me" would have sufficed. Anything.
