I came in with toothache, which they said was a flossing issue and there was nothing they can do. So great, I have to live with that. Then they said I needed a crown on my molar, which they put on my temporary crown incorrectly. Its been 6 months and I still dont have my permanent crown. I wish I never came here. Like 15 or 10 mins. I mean it wasn't bad. Now let's get to the dentist, * Pratik Makadia* , super nice guy, laid back, not to judgemental , just enough to help me get motivated to take care of my teeth better, but a super nice easy way of doing it. Highly recommend him if you do go. Now the visit itself, scared and crawling out of my skin. But the staff was super nice and friendly, and quick about things. They had a lot of cool tech stuff the when I was a kid well, never was around , and the tech just wasn't there. I'm in my 40s just fyi. The lady at the end of my visit went over all my bad teeth and costs, ouch. lol. But I knew I haven't been to the dentist in soooo long. But anyways, I really recommend you trying this place out. Not sure why it has a 3 ish star rating. So far I think they are very friendly, quick with their work but not crazy fast there in a hurry. Try them out, get that exam done. When I explained this to him, he refused to examine the aching tooth, stating that he would not look at it until I had a filling replaced on a different tooth. This did not make sense to me, as the tooth requiring the replacement filling was not causing me any issues. When I specifically asked, "So you aren't going to even look at the tooth that is hurting?" he rudely responded, "No." I left the office with my tooth still in pain, and the following day I cancelled my two upcoming appointments. I felt that the practice was more focused on financial gain than on addressing my immediate dental needs and pain.

I've never had such frustrating experiences as I have had with this stockton office and maybe it…read moregoes into their corporate office. That caused some of the problems. I hope my review will help others so they don't have to deal with what I did. I do have a review somewhere in here back in February or March of this year. That can be read regarding the delays. I had in getting my root canal. More recently, I began having severe pain and believed to have had a crack in another tooth. I got an appointment quickly and they did x. Rays of one tooth. They could not see a crack. It could have been very fine, but they said they recommended with the pain. I was having to do another root canal. No problem, they said. However, that it would take up to 6 weeks to get approval. I did not find this acceptable. So a couple weeks after the appointment, I called denti-cal office. They said that the dental office sent an a approval request on the same date as my appointment. However, it could not be approved because like my previous route canal appointment, they failed to send in images of the x ray and other pertinent information. I called the suave dental office explained the situation and they said that they never got any request from the denti-cal office... They tried to say this last time. And I tend to believe that they just were disorganized as I had received a confirmation number from the denti-cal office that's stated everything was received. On the other end, at suave dental. I once again kept calling the swab. Dental office, they sent messages. And then finally, I got a manager to call me back. I explained to her that it had been way too long, and they had failed to send in the appropriate information needed to get the authorization approved. She tried to give me some excuse that. Everything was in their billing department, and they had to wait because their billing department was behind, which made no sense at all. So I called back the denti-cal approval office and they were very helpful. And just referred me to another dentist office. And then actually took the time to call the other dentist. And make an appointment for me, which I did not expect, And I thought that was going the extra mile on there, end Also, if anyone reads this review to the end, I can also give you good news that this suave office and the staff we're found guilty of lying in stating they provided a teeth cleaning for me and then accepting payment from denti-cal. I just got confirmation today that they are pursuing a higher level of investigation into the office and the dentists that work there. As they never replied to any of the multiple requests that denti-cal sent to get proof that they actually did. The teeth cleaning. BEWARE, find another dentist office. If you can, or if you have problems similar to what i've explained, then, do not hesitate to report them. They need to get their act together

I would highly recommend coming here to get your dental work and asking for Dr. khan & Claudia these two are a perfect duo. They made my brother feel very comfortable and he said he did not feel any pain. It is difficult finding doctors who are passionate about their profession but you can tell these two love what they do. They were very patient with my brother.

My granddaughter is halfway through her treatment plan, they called two days prior to her appointment for the next treatment to tell us that had decided "that day" , which I do not believe, to no longer take her insurance and they would not finish her treatments. So we have to find a new dentist and start all over again. Unprofessional at minimum and it has to be illegal for a doctor to cut and run halfway through treatments.
