Fast forward a year, I schedule an appt via their website, I called to confirm the appointment the day prior and they tell me I don't have an appointment even though I had a text confirmation, bizarre. Didn't want to deal with it at the time so I put it on the back burner. Fast forward a few months, I make another appointment online, this time I schedule a first thing in the morning appointment time to prevent that ridiculous delay. I have new insurance so I also entered that on the portal. Set the day and time, I get a text that says they've received my request for an appointment, they're going to verify my new insurance and I'll get a confirmation text once my appointment is set in stone. I received 2 confirmation text after that that I'm good to go. I arrived to my appointment and the front desk says they've aren't in network with Aetna PPO and I'd be a cash patient ?!?!? It's a PPO plan not an HMO plan so I'm unsure why I'd be a private pay patient- either way 3 strikes you're out. This place needs to get it together.

The outcome was uneven, and the fillers migrated, causing my face to look distorted. I've had fillers done elsewhere with great results, but Dr. Bock's work was subpar.
