He cleaned the computer thoroughly, and to top it off, he did it in one day! This kind of service is unheard compared to the the big box-stores such as B... Buy... provide. The last time I had the computer cleaned by one of them, it took seven days for me to get the desktop back. Patrick's price for doing the work was so reasonable compared to what I was quoted by other IT service/computer repair shops. I would highly recommend Absolutely Technology (AB) if you need a service done on your devices. In addition, AB is veteran owned and Patrick is a proud military veteran, who, in my opinion, deserves a big "thank-you for your service."

He usually comes to your home but this was a surprise for my husband so he met me at Best But and we walked over to Starbucks where he worked his magic. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

I've had quite a few issues with my work computers for various reasons and 99% of the time, I'm able to speak to someone who will either walk me through the process to solve the problem or they will remotely access my computer and fix it asap. All around great service, knowledgeable staff and fairly quick solutions. Out of the many times I've had to reach out to Stratti, I've only experienced one issue. The problem with my computer was that it was making this grinding noise precisely where the CPU fan was, there was also a small instance of smoke that came out of my computer but it wasn't anything major. After I was finished explaining the issues I had to wait around a week to get my computer back which was fine, I understand how busy the shop can get. However when I received the call for my computer, I was charged for software repair which came up to be $125. Everything was fine and I went ahead and picked it up. Chandler said that there weren't any issues and that he just needed to do some software repair/updates. When I brought it home it wasn't making that grinding noise at all, great, BUT the next day the problem came back, it randomly started making that awful noise again only 4 hours home. I was really looking forward for them to fix this but Instead I didn't get anything fixed but 'software updates', there was nothing else wrong with my computer, I've had it for a long time.
