Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

He convinced me originally to switch over from PC to the MAC and I have not had any viruses on any of my electronic devices since that conversion. He is also still an active reserve naval chief petty officer and spends much of each summer driving down to San Diego for his active reserve time, but he still finds time to service my computer needs.
